NBCCS Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company created to provide audit and accounting services EXCLUSIVELY to Bodies Corporate or Strata / Community Title Schemes.

We do not do anything else.

By specialising in these services, we can ensure we are able to provide the most cost efficient audit and compliance services.

If your Body Corporate is not using NBCCS, then you are paying too much.

The NBCCS management team are qualified practising accountants who have owned and managed full service accountancy practices. They have many years of experience with providing audit and compliance services for Bodies Corporate and now created NBCCS to provide these services exclusively.
